Host-Directed Small Molecule With Broad-Spectrum Activity Against Respiratory Viruses

The FGI-103 program is focused upon the development of a broad-spectrum, small molecule inhibitor of human respiratory and hemorrhagic fever viruses. The molecule demonstrates impressive activity against RSV and Ebola viruses in animal models.

The Company intends to submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 4Q09.
